Justin is consistently ranked in the top 25 RE/MAX agents in NJ from 2004-2009. Bernadette Arencibia Sales Associate, ABR

Originally from Pompton Lakes, Bernadette has lived in Mt. Olive for 10 years. Bernadette has been a licensed agent in New Jersey since 2006 and is well versed in the buying and selling process and works primarily with Buyers. She knows the inventory of homes thoroughly and truly is a “people person." Michele Gershenfeld Director of Client Services

A Mt. Olive native, Michele has over twelve years experience in customer service and three years experience in real estate administration. Michele is your point of contact during the entire process of the transaction.  The moment you decide to list with The Justin Kiliszek Home Selling Team, Michele will provide you the information you need regarding the sales process including preparing you for viewing with a professional home stager consultation, setting appointments with our professional photographer to take photos and virtual tours of your home, tracking the realtors who view your home and getting feedback which will help justify the listing price.  Constant communication is our goal because we want you to be an informed seller and the director of client services will be by your side helping you throughout the entire process. 

Patricia "Patty" Rodrigues Sales Associate

 Originally from Mine Hill and now a long time resident of Lake Hopatcong, Patty holds a real estate license. Patty assists our landlord clients  get their investment properties rented and manage their properties. She also helps assist tenants who are trying to be placed in short term rentals and long term rentals. We work very closely with the human resource departments of many major corporations to help them place relocation clients. 

Helen Enslin Closing Transaction Coordinator

Is a long time resident of Mount Olive and has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Helen is a licensed realtor and understands all of the ins and outs of real estate. Helen monitors daily the progress of each of our pending "under contract" deals to ensure early identification and resolution of challenges as they arise while bringing each of our deal to frutition.

The closing transaction coordinator is responsible for handling your home from the moment we receive a contract on your home until the day you sign and make your move.   It’s important to understand the closing process and the closing coordinator will be there to provide you the information needed to close the deal.
